PappArtProject building sessions in June at Trollhaugen

Papp is the norwegian word for cardboard. This summer me (rl Nina Svenne/SL Plurabelle Posthorn) and Kjersti Kise will have some workshops in using this material for artistic expression at the (rl) Stenersenmuseum in Oslo, Norway. As a part of this project I will have some open building sessions at my SL-gallery which will result in a large cardboard installation. The building sessions and the installation in Second Life will be documented and show at the Stenersenmuseum in Oslo, Norway.
You will have some free cardboard textures to go. You may build and experiment as much as you want within the gallery area, but you must choose a limited part of your works that you want to stay put in the gallery. The "mess" will be cleared after the session. Drop your cardboard work in my inventory. Be sure to use the word ’papp’ in the name of the object.

Dates and hours, SL-time:
Friday 13. June: 10 AM - 12 PM
Saturday 14. June: 12 AM- 2 AM and 11 AM - 1 PM
Friday 27. June: 10 AM – 12 PM
Sunday 29. June: 11 AM - 1 PM

All welcome! Hope to see you!
The project will also be documented on this blog: http://pappartproject.blogspot.com/

"Diversity"

"Diversity": a unique, large open and airy home located in a desert. The sounds used here add a great deal to the feel of the place: the wind, the ticking of a clock. I love arid and desert areas so I'm sure I'm biased. Nevertheless this is a Must Visit place.

This is the creation of Scope Cleaver. and according to the Not Possible IRL article it was commissioned by Princeton University. The description for the land reads: Build by Scope Cleaver - Terraform, Cave & Immersive sound set up by Poid Mahovlich :: reclaimed and/or bio friendly materials used."
